    Spencer Lawrence MARLA - MD of Lettings

    Spencer leads the charge at Paramount to constantly be doing better for our clients. He pushes the team to go further to deliver a service that's far beyond what you expect of a London letting agency. 

    Spencer is deeply involved in the movement to raise the bar for lettings in London. 

    "You have to care about a property like you'll be moving in yourself, or as if your family or close friends will be living there. You have to care about every single person who's going to live there." 

    He focuses on reconnecting our owners (what we call our landlords) with their properties, and making sure our properties are presented as the best versions of themselves to our prospective residents. 

    He believes that our business begins with people - finding out what they need and when they need it. It's about what your property can do for you, and how we can make that happen. 

    Spencer sits on the Board of Directors for Agents Giving, our industry charity, and participates in many different charity events throughout the year. Many of which he makes sure our team are involved in!
