    Whilst most homes are best marketed by the traditional 'private treaty' method, there are some properties where the best figure may be achieved by auction or informal tender/sealed bids. We can of course advise and where appropriate coordinate the best method of sale.

    Land and New Homes

    Our company has extensive experience in structuring land deals and over the years we have successfully liaised with a significant number of property developers, large and small, both in terms of selling the land to build on and also successfully marketing the New Build properties on their behalf.

     Kevin Swanney - Partner
    Has been an Estate Agent locally since the late 1980's and has gained huge experience working for both independent and larger corporate agencies. In 1994 Kevin joined forces with Chris Lane from the original Pettengells Highcliffe to open our New Milton office. Since then Kevin has been a 'hands on' Resident Partner helping Pettengells New Milton become one of the most successful Estate Agents offices on the south coast. Kevin's main role is valuing and listing properties and he is arguably the most experienced Valuer currently working in the New Milton area. In his spare time Kevin is a keen cyclist and can often be spotted on his bike in all weathers along the local cliff top paths! He lives in Barton On Sea with his wife and two children.

    Has worked together with Kevin Swanney for over 28 years and in his main role as Office Manager oversees the smooth day to day running of the business with partner Stuart Wills at his side.     Joined Pettengells as a Trainee Negotiator at the tender age of 17. Stuart has worked his way up through the ranks and is now a partner in the business. He has lived locally all his life, giving him an unrivalled and in-depth knowledge of the area. Stuart leads our team of Negotiators and in his best years has personally sold over 150 properties in a year, which is considerably more than most Estate Agents offices sell in total! He lives close by in Milford on Sea with his wife and three children. Stuart also plays squash in his spare time and most weeks beats Matthew!
