From the very beginning, it was evident that this company were very different from all of the others. Redbrik's professionalism and passion for the service they want to give you never faltered. As Tracey took the reigns she listened to everything we required and she helped us through some very difficult times following every query up herself. I can not say how important communication is especially when you are at the latter point in your sale ...every call was returned and every email replied to. I even got a call when surely she should have finished to see if we were ok. My experience was a rollercoaster ride but the Redbrik team were there constantly to advise reassure or even sort out issues. I found Redbrik to be truly excellent in all respects. The valuation visit was very friendly and professional, with some good advice around what to do to make the most of the property and make it more saleable. The resultant figure was fully justified and did not seem to include any element of padding to beat other agents' assessments. The photographs of the house really showed it to its best impact - it made me think twice about leaving it! The floor plans that you produce are the very best out there, by a significant margin. Th e website is brilliant with easy and intuitive navigation. Your firms handling of enquiries, viewings etc was very good and I felt like I was completely informed about what was happening. Your help during the negotiation process was first rate. I really felt supported, without any pressure to accept low offers. Julie was just brilliant. What can I say about Redbrik They practice true professionalism from first contact through every stage, photography and marketing are second to none, I even wanted to buy my own house! We were previously with another agent for a year and completely wasted our time!!! Not one viewing and no contact from the company whatsoever!! With Redbrik we have had umpteen viewings and regular contact requesting feedback of how they are doing when the market has been slow. They have dutifully followed up with curtesy calls to potential buyers and relayed their feedback back to us.Although we have not yet sold our house (they can't force people to put an offer in) I have every confidence that one day they will, because they are totally committed to what they do best.
