    David Cooper, Director
    David has worked in estate agency locally since 2008 and his calm and approachable manner fits the Redbrik style perfectly. With a wealth of experience from his time working in both Sheffield and Chesterfield, David has a great understanding of the industry and has a real flair for negotiation and getting a sale to completion. He knows the local market inside out and is an invaluable member of the Redbrik team, having covered every role in every office since joining in September 2013. David was promoted to Director in June 2018.

    Interests: David enjoys travelling the world with his family. He can also be found listening to music, watching sport, socialising, spending time in the gym and supporting local boys Sheffield United

    Mark Ross, Director
    Having been valuing properties in the local area for 8 years before co-founding Redbrik, there's not much Mark doesn't know about selling houses. With a degree in Public Relations, Mark is responsible for Redbrik's unique marketing style. His straight talking approach typifies the company ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the area generates great feedback from buyers and sellers alike. 

    Interests: A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He's always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity.

    Julie Bulheller, Director
    With almost 20 years of estate agency experience under her belt and extensive knowledge of the local market, Julie co-founded Redbrik in 2013. She is a top class negotiator with a talent for handing even the most complex sales with her signature down to earth style. She's always super organised with a gift for recruiting and developing new talent. 

    Interests: Outside of work she's partial to a glass of red wine, often (but not always!) accompanied by some Italian food. She loves to travel, ideally to somewhere hot and relaxing.

    Jed Furniss, Property Consultant
    Having almost 30 years experience in estate agency, Jed is passionate about helping people buy and sell properties across West Sheffield and the Hope Valley. He studied Estate Management & Business Studies in Sheffield & London during the early 1980's and was a Partner at Blundells from 1992 - 2005. Jed has a gift for valuing and marketing properties, his knowledge and awareness of the market is second to none and the sheer number of people that won't settle for anyone else when it comes to selling their home is testament to the reputation he rightly deserves.

    Music, including playing, buying and selling guitars. Fly fishing, walking Branson, the family Labrador and acting as chief chauffeur and head of entertainment for his two sons.

    Hannah Barker, Property Consultant
    Hannah earned a degree in Spanish and French at Leeds University, which led her to Madrid and the South of France where she lived for some time. She began her career in estate agency in 2004, where she worked in a variety of roles at Blundells, including ten years of valuing and selling properties in the South West of the city.

    Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel to the Mediterranean, particularly Italy, Spain and Portugal. She loves cooking (especially with a glass of wine!) and is interested in nutrition, as well as cooking shows like Saturday Morning Kitchen and anything with Jamie Oliver. She can often be found either in the gym doing circuit training or relaxing at home with a good book. Aside from that, Hannah really loves spending time with husband Steve, little girl Heidi and their cat, Bella.

    James Bridgland, Property Consultant
    James has worked in the industry for more than 20 years and previous employers include Saxton Mee and Spencers, where he gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Management and Valuation.

    Outside of work, James is married with two children and enjoys trying to keep fit whether it's through football, golf or visiting Trib3 gym on Ecclesall Road. He also tries to do Park Run with his oldest son when work allows. James has also supported Sheffield United all his life and has recently introduced his two young sons to the joys and disappointments of visiting Bramall Lane!

    Louise has more than 15 years' experience in the estate agency industry and her friendly and relaxed approach ensures she remains calm in every situation. Louise very much enjoys managing the property journey and working with customers to oversee a property from instruction to completion.

    In her spare time Louise is a big fan of the outdoors - especially going for walks round Padley Gorge. She also has a passion for watching live shows from music to comedy and can often be found playing host to her friends - which involves cooking and listening (even dancing) to music while enjoying a glass of wine.

    Lewis Lindsay, Sales Manager
    Lewis has more than three years' experience within the property sector. He originally started as a marketing apprentice and gained a Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Digital Marketing.

    He enjoys visiting the gym and recently ran the Sheffield 10K - he has hopes of continuing this and going for the Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathon. He's big foodie and loves trying new restaurants, especially if they serve Thai food! He also loves long walks in the country with his two dogs, Milo and Teddy.

    Lynn started her career in estate agency in 2004 after relocating back to Sheffield from London. Following a break from the sector to work as travel agent she brings her enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service to the Redbrik family.     Having embarked on a career as an estate agent in 2005, Lynsey started her career as a trainee negotiator, before progressing to Branch Manager/Valuer. Lynsey has spent the majority of her career - 10 years - working as a Branch Manager at Haybrook Estate Agents, selling properties across South West Sheffield. Her style of estate agency is being completely focused on customer service and making each experience an enjoyable one.

    Martin Bouchier, Photographer
    Taking photos is what Martin loves. He has an artistic flair for photographing homes and finding innovative angles to really make your property stand out from the crowd. Using his years of experience in sales and marketing for some of Yorkshire's leading arts venues, sports teams and telecoms businesses, Martin is responsible for our social media activities. His rich career has also seen him spend five years in the music industry, where he worked on behalf of numerous artists including David Bowie and Gary Barlow.

    Martin has a real passion for architecture, enjoys most sports, but especially playing and watching football, cricket and golf. He's always up for the latest gadget, taking in a music gig and still finds plenty of time for his two kids.

    One of our first employees, Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property. 

    When Andy's not 'trying to keep fit' he's often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.

    Lindsey Holdsworth, Property Representative
    Lindsey began her career in medical sales, specialising in cardiology and covering London and the south of England. After living in London for almost ten years, she moved back to Sheffield in 2007 where she took some time off to look after her children. Lindsey bought and redeveloped her own home, gaining valuable insight into the challenges of a large project. Since joining Redbrik, Lindsey has found that she loves doing viewings - her chatty nature means she has excellent customer service and she thrives on helping people find their perfect property.

    Outside of work, Lindsey's time is taken up by her two children - Charlie (12) and Darcey (6). She loves spending time trying to get fit with her friends at the gym, though she does prefer spending her time drinking prosecco and having a giggle. When she can, she likes to travel and eat a lot of sushi!

    Julie Murashe, Property Representative
    Before working at Redbrik, Julie worked as a Deputy Headteacher for more than 34 years in primary schools throughout Sheffield. She took early retirement at 55 but found that she wanted to continue working closely with people and was happy to fuse this with her love of property and interior design.

    In her spare time, Julie volunteers with STEP, helping young people develop positive coping strategies for dealing with mental health issues.

      Cannot praise Redbrick Millhouses enough. The sale of our property in summer this year went without a hitch, even though there was a chain involved.       They practice true professionalism from first contact through every stage, photography and marketing are second to none, I even wanted to buy my own house!       The valuation visit was very friendly and professional, with some good advice around what to do to make the most of the property and make it more saleable.
