I really couldn't recommend SP Sales & Lettings enough! Sean has been fantastic with everything. The straight forward explanation of the sales process, the knowledge of the local housing market, not to mention the great customer service. Not only this but I have been charged hundreds of pounds less than all of the other local estate agents would have charged, as I shopped around beforehand and got quotes & valuations. I'm not exaggerating - my house went on the market and within 3 weeks I had 2 offers on the table for the asking price! If i could give 6 stars I would! I contacted SP after a rocky month on the market with a 'high street' agent. Sean came round, gave me some advice and put me at ease straight away. In under a week, I had 4 viewings and 2 offers.
