    Richard has worked in estate agency locally for the past 20 years and has now overseen thousands of moves for homeowners in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. He founded Sears & Co and works in the business full time carrying out valuations, viewings and generally ensuring its smooth running. Richard has an incredible passion for property and marketing ensuring Sears & Co consistently stay one step ahead of the competition. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, is a keen golfer with a current handicap of 10 (just about) and is a long suffering Ipswich Town fan.

    Stacey Gorham-Sears - Director
    Stacey re joined Sears & Co in 2021 after her original 3 year stint with the company back in 2014. Stacey has over 10 years agency experience dealing with some of the most prestigious homes in Herts Beds & Bucks. Day to day Stacey will be responsible for carrying out property valuations and all aspect of 'after sales' dealing with solicitors and ensuring cases reach completion. Stacey is also responsible for client care ensuring All the vendors at Sears & Co receive the best possible service. Outside of the office Stacey enjoys playing tennis and is partial to an afternoon tea. (and a glass of champagne)

    Kay Smith - Property Manager
    Kay joined Sears & Co in January 2020 after a stint of over 10 years working for the local council. Kay will be responsible for the smooth running of the letting department. This includes tenancy creation & renewals, dealing with repair and maintenance issues and generally liaising with landlords on a day to day basis. Kay has also been local to Hemel Hempstead for the majority of her life, outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family and all manor of crafting activities.

    Tilly Daniels - Senior Negotiator & Valuer
    Tilly joined the Sears & Co team in February 2022 and lives in a local Hertfordshire village. Tilly is responsible for booking appointments, conducting property valuations and meeting potential buyers and tenants on viewings. Outside of the office Tilly is a self confessed 'shopaholic' and also enjoys spending time with her family & friends she can often be found walking her dog Stanley through the countryside.

Outside of the office Lexie loves nothing more than good beach holiday and you may spot her on the beaches of Barbados in the near future.
