    Seymours Horsell Village office is owned and run by Partners Lloyd Moss and James Taylor who have years of experience in the Property Market and extensive knowledge of the local area. You will be provided with expert advice, a highly professional and most importantly personal service.

    From the quaint village cottage to the opulent country estate we are always aware of the need for a tailor-made service to suit our clients' needs. We successfully offer this with the combination of distinctive local and national advertising, coupled with an honest, reliable and pro active approach. We are always looking to build long term relationships with our clients, many of whom are now friends.

    Despite there only ever being a limited amount of properties for sale in Horsell, Seymours have successfully assisted hundreds of people looking to make a move in or out of the village since opening to specialise in the village back in early 2012 in addition to the nearby Seymours Woking office in the town centre. 

    Demand led to the Seymours Horsell team tripling in size with a natural progression to cover similar properties in a wider area from the village. This has brought great results in similar neighbouring areas such as Chobham, Hook Heath, Worplesdon and The Hockering, drawing on the expertise the team have in focusing on the premium higher value market. This coupled perfectly with the introduction of the Seymours Prestige Homes offering which came in 2015-2016.

    Excitingly, the opportunity arose in 2017 for the team to move to a larger corner premises a few doors along the High Street to allow them to continue to better their services both locally and further afield under the Prestige Homes offering which has gone from strength to strength.
