Educated in West Sussex, before undertaking his degree in Agriculture & Estate Management at Seale Hayne, James progressed to become a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS. Having managed some of the highest profile country house and estate sales in the West Country for over 20 years, his highest profile sale to date, that of The Bantham Estate, sold for an undisclosed sum, substantially over the guide price. James is now an equity partner of Stags and manages the Totnes office while overseeing the three other South Devon offices.

    Mike Noon - Sales Valuer
    Mike joined Stags in 2016, starting as a school leaver as a Trainee Negotiator in the Exeter office. Mike has had the privilege of working up the ranks while working in the Exeter office, dealing with all types of clients and properties in the city and surrounding countryside, before cutting his teeth as a Valuer in the bustling city department. He moved to the Tiverton office to work alongside the Branch Manager and Partner in 2020, developing his skills dealing with smallholdings and prime country residences, before moving to the Totnes branch in 2023.Devon born and bred, his knowledge of the local area has helped to deal with various property matters and helping buyers to find their perfect home. He is an avid motorsport fan and has successfully competed karting across the country. He now lives in Exeter with his fiancé Laura and is regularly called in as a groom for her various equestrian events.

    Luke has been working in the property industry for over 5 years and has worked for Stags since 2019. Previous to finding a passion for estate agency, he worked in the hospitality industry for over 6 years in Exeter, Cardiff and Torquay. Luke started out with Stags as a sales negotiator working in the prestigious Exeter, Southernhay office gaining invaluable skills and experience from some of the best in the industry. In 2021, he was promoted to a Valuer in Honiton, covering the beautiful Jurassic Coast and stunning East Devon countryside. He went on to spend some time in our Truro office before moving to Totnes in September 2023.
