After trying to sell our property for many months with 2 different national chains, I was delighted with Steph's service. Her attention to detail and ideas where a breath of fresh air compared to the very stale "were doing everything we can" that was sent to me by the national chains. Steph has produced an online video uploaded to social media, created virtual pictures to show furniture in the property, compared to the others who put it on Rightmove only. Steph answers the phone at 9 pm at night to maximise conversions which made a huge difference from the national in which for 8 continuous calls during office hours went to voicemail without response. I would definitely recommend Steph to anyone who wants someone who will work tooth and nail to sell their property to earn commission as opposed to branch staff who are content with picking up wages regardless of the success of the sale.
