    Fine Art department auctioneer, Martin Lambert, and team (including specialist Valuers) provide a fully comprehensive valuation service for Art and Antiques before auction sale as well as 'red book' valuations for the purposes of inheritance tax (probate), insurance and family division, fully regulated by RICS Registered Valuers.     Anne Roberts - Residential Sales
    Anne has been helping people move home locally for over 35 years, 17 Years as Wychwoods Estate Agents and since 2018 as part of the T&F team. I really enjoy both the people and property sides of our business and as an out of the box thinker, finding a way to make things work for all concerned. With a passion for property and horses I am loving dealing with equestrian and farm sales too. Outside work I enjoy property projects and our collection of horses. We are breeding thoroughbreds and having some good success on the racecourse. One of our mares was nominated for the TBA national hunt brood mare of the year in 24 and we won a TBA award for her success.

    Anne joined the Tayler and Fletcher Chipping Norton team in 2018 now with 40 years' experience in residential sales working in the local area, the last 15 year being with Wychwoods Estate Agents in the Milton under Wychwood Office and prior to that being based in Charlbury. There are not many properties in the area that Anne hasn't been in! Outside work Anne enjoys weekends in Cornwall, watching her son play football, cooking, gardening, spa days, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
