I began my career in estate agency in 1991 and having gained an honours degree in Estate Management I soon realised that there was a huge gap in the market for an agent with an enthusiastic work ethic and a clear vision for success.
Discarding the traditional reactive approach adopted by conventional estate agents, my formula for successful selling would include proactive techniques, doing everything possible to make it happen - not just waiting and hoping.
