Steve Taylor - ProprietorI began my career in estate agency in 1991 and having gained an honours degree in Estate Management I soon realised that there was a huge gap in the market for an agent with an enthusiastic work ethic and a clear vision for success.
Discarding the traditional reactive approach adopted by conventional estate agents, my formula for successful selling would include proactive techniques, doing everything possible to make it happen - not just waiting and hoping. Over the years, the development of technology has enabled the marketing of property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This, however, is just another marketing tool that does not, and will never take the place of a one to one relationship, which gives comfort and assurance when making what for most people is the largest purchaser of their life.
My team are proactive and dedicated, they have excellent local knowledge and the possession of a considerable detailed client database, allied with state of the art technology, that is vital when creating demand for a property, this is how we able to achieve the best price in the shortest possible time. First class communications will ensure that all parties are kept well informed of the current status of the property, from the initial instruction right through to the successful completion of the sale.
