    When you find a home you want to rent from us, be sure to get in touch with John or Gemma as soon as you're ready so they can provide you with all the information you need to start the process.

    Once you are renting your home through Wm Sykes & Son, it will either be on a 'Fully Managed' or a 'Let Only' basis.

    If your landlord has opted for 'Fully Managed', then we will be your point of contact throughout your tenancy, and we will act on behalf of your landlord in terms of any issues, repairs or checks that need to happen.

    If the property you rent is 'Let Only', we will deal with all the legalities of starting your tenancy, and then your landlord will be contactable directly for anything you need once your tenancy has begun.

    We are always available for a chat and to discuss any queries you may have, and you can count on us to provide our honest and unbiased advice when you need it.
