    For selling we can either come out to your property and conduct a valuation. After the appointment we will send you a comprehensive email comprising of all our thoughts and a value. We can also carry out a desktop valuation on your property without attending your property. From there will will give you three valuation figures all depending on condition. We can also offer an alternate method, our Prime Position Package. This way we come out and take photos of your property, compile a brochure and sit on the listing until you're ready to go to market. Saving the last minute rush of marketing your property.
