      I would heartily recommend Wellington Wise, Royston Office. From the initial meeting we knew we were dealing with a really professional outfit who would help to take as much stress as possible out of house buying and selling. Shane Stratford, manager at the Royston Office and our key contact, advised we market our house as an Open House event and this worked exceptionally well; with the interest Shane and his staff attracted to our house we had multiple people viewing on the Open Day with 2 couples ending up bidding for our house. We actually sold 2 days later with the buyers paying slightly more than we had put the house on the market for. Shane's initial market valuation proved to be spot on. Regarding our purchase, our requirements were very specific regarding location and Shane and his team leafleted our target roads on several occasions which resulted in some leads. The timespan between our sale and our purchase ended up being 6 months during which time Shane did a great job keeping our Buyers informed of progress at all times which meant we kept our original Buyers throughout.
