Our experience with Wellington Wise and with Laurence was fantastic from start to finish. For a start, Wellington Wise were the ONLY estate agent we registered with which actually listened to our requirements and only got in touch when they had a property that genuinely matched our needs and budget! The first property we were contacted with was the best property we had viewed and the property we bought! Laurence was fantastic from the start, was always available if we needed anything and when he showed us around the property, he knew any information off hand when we asked. I think the term 'above and beyond' would be the most apt thing that I could say.
