We purchased our property via White and Guard (Bitterne) in August. From the onset they were very helpful and supportive. Every time we phoned or emailed we would always revive a prompt reply, more often with the answer we were hoping for, if not a reassurance that things were being actioned. When we encountered challenges White and Guard were willing to go above and beyond to ensure we received a good service. If we were to move again, we would ensure we use White and Guard as they were so excellent. We have already recommended them to friends and family who were looking to move. They are very helpful and friendly estate agents. We have been kept regularly updated by the sales progression team throughout the buying process. We did not have this with our previous estate agent and find it incredibly beneficial. They have been very prompt at responding to our queries.

Absolutely lovely people in this office. So helpful and personable. I cant think off the top of my head everyone who I spoke to as I was buying and trying to sell a property via them but to name a few; Rebekah, Ali, Lee, Jodie.
