Alway use Williams estates for selling my properties and vacant properties for let as they never let me down

William's estate agents sold our house 3 times ! Each time the chain fell apart or buyers pulled out they jumped in & had us sold again within weeks- fabulous team can't thank them enough. Chris & Sian were so supportive & sorted every situation out with calm & true professionalism

When looking for an agent to help sell my property, I visited the shops in person and spoke to the staff. We specifically instructed Williams Mold to act as our agent due to friendly welcome that we received. The team were helpful and informative without being pushy, and I was confident that a potential buyer would receive the same level of service. All the team are friendly and helpful but it was Chris that we met initially and he was the reason we opted for Williams Mold.

We did our research regarding which estate agent to work with to sell our property. All the team at Williams treated us as individuals, listened to our needs and did all they could to meet them. Nothing was ever too much trouble and to have a team you can trust is vital to a successful sale. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris, Sian and Emma reassured us throughout the process and hugely exceeded our expectations.

We contacted 3 estate agents including Williams and by a million miles Williams were the best , they answered there phones when we need them , the responded and sorted out any questions or queries we had , all the staff there were very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable about selling the house we sold . If there's a better estate agent out there I've not come across them and I've used quite a few in my time . Just a shame we never used them before , but if we ever sell another house we know where to go . First class

An amazing firm to have selling your property. They made every step of the process so clear and easy. I was always informed every step of the way. I could not have asked for any more from this estate agency. From day 1 they were knowledgeable and honest with us, never pressurised and made it easy to decide to go with them with a competitive rate too. They were amazing with their communication and made a considerable number of phone calls to our purchasers on our behalf. They were reassuring and it didn't matter who we spoke to, they all knew who we were and worked on our sale as a team. We felt reassured at all stages and the fact they sold our house for full asking price in 10 days says it all! Williams Estates were really professional and helpful and kept us informed throughout the sale (and also with the purchase of our new property). The manager of the Mold branch (Chris Wood) went out of his way during the sale. When he came to value the house initially he didn't rush, put no pressure on us to go with Williams Estates. His photographs of the property were also fantastic and the buyer said they were drawn to the bungalow as soon as they saw the photos!

Fantastic service by the Mold team when selling our home with them in 2019. Best estate agents ever. Service was prompt, friendly and professional throughout, and all staff members were fantastic and a credit to themselves and the company. I am not surprised they are regular winners at the National ESTAS awards as they are miles ahead of the competition. I dealt with Lucie and Chris who were both faultless. Very polite and professional and kept me updated on the property sale regularly. Couldn't recommend them both, or Williams Estates, any more. 10/10
