I live in Australia, I approached Andrew to help manage a small commercial shop and a 2 bedroom flat. One building two separate properties. I was very impressed with Andrew upon our first meeting. His knowledge in real estate is exceptional. Our previous tenants were renting both flat and shop, then they went bankrupt. These tenants were not introduced by Williams Harlow, Andrew was outstanding throughout the whole process. With the help of Andrew's professional experience and patience, the tenants moved out without having to get them out. Andrew was both fair with me and the tenants. Both the shop and the flat were not smooth sailing. The flat took around 4 months to get rented again and the shop about a year. There were quite a few complications, no fault of Williams Harlow Can't thank Andrew enough. His communication skills are impressive. Much appreciate the amount of time and work that Williams Harlow had to put to get everything up and running again. Anita and Claire were also outstanding. I loved their customer service, communication and availability
