    The Property Ombudsman Lettings (TPO)

    The Property Ombudsman (TPO) Scheme provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between member agents and tenants and landlords of property in the UK. The TPO is a member of the British and Irish Ombudsman Association and follows the standards and rules of the association. The Ombudsman is totally independent of the TPO Scheme member agents and reports directly to the TPO Council, which has a majority of non-industry members.

    The Deposit Protection Service (DPS)

    Tenants - What we will ask you to do
    We will ask you to complete an application form, via our Goodlord system, authorising us to carry out a credit check and take references. The references may vary according to your circumstances but will include either an employer's or accountant's reference and if applicable a previous landlord's reference.

Having over 15 years customer service and Administrative experience, Kayleigh was a natural fit in the estate agency business.     Paula started her working life with Barclays Bank in London at the age of 16 and remained at the bank for 15 years. Her career has also included 7 years working in a local primary school as a clerical assistant. Paula has been with Williams & Donovan since 2014 and her financial and clerical knowledge is invaluable to the company (and her clients).     Michelle joined the Williams and Donovan Lettings team in 2022, to further strengthen our growing operation. Previously working with NatWest at the age of 16 for 8 years, then working in the schools and preschools of her two daughters for a further 20 years, She brings a wealth of life and business experience and took to the business like a duck to water. A fabulous recruit, Michelle brings an abundance of personality and fun to the office, along with a vast amount of skills with her.

    Mark joined Williams and Donovan in 2019 from a large multi-media advertising company where he managed the Property and Motors sales team. Mark also enjoyed a long and successful 36-year career in the financial industry where he specialised in sales and client relationship management for some of the largest institutions in the City. Having been a client of Williams and Donovan many times since 1999, he has always recognised and appreciated the company's culture of integrity, honesty, and delivering an excellent customer service. He was delighted when presented with the opportunity to become part of the team and has enjoyed what he continues to describe as 'the best job I have ever had'. His passion and love of the business is apparent to all who deal with him.
