Winkworth, Sleaford

Sarah Steniford. Having previously bought and sold through Winkworth in the past, I had no hesitation in getting in touch with them when we decided to put our house on the market. Chris came around within 24 hours to measure up and take photos and within another 24 hours the property was going live on the market and taking pride of place in their window. We were hoping to buy a property from them and the whole team couldn't of been more helpful in finding out all of our queries, even providing names of reputable tradesmen in the area. Our property sold within 24 hours, partly because Winkworth know their customers and match them to the houses they have for sale. Unfortunately due to a change in our circumstances we decided to stay in our current house, Winkworth couldn't have been more understanding. In my opinion they are definitely the best in Sleaford and can't recommend them enough.

Initially I was adamant that I was going to use an online estate agent attracted by the fact they are less expensive and are not restricted by opening hours, however, when an agent from an online estate agent visited my home it became very clear that his knowledge of the local area was poor and his knowledge of house prices in my area even poorer. When Chris from Winkworth visited my home, it was a very different experience - I was impressed by his local knowledge and enthusiasm - I needed to have belief and confidence in whoever I instructed to sell my home, Chris gave me that. Further contact with Winkworth was then via a member of their team who regularly kept me informed/updated - I never had to chase for information or feedback - overall very professional. I have high standards and expected that at some point Winkworth would stumble and disappoint - they did not. Recommend? Definitely!
