I just wanted to drop a quick line to say how brilliant Michelle and Danielle have been trying to get my flat let out. Hopefully we've now secured a couple who want to move in, but obviously it's been a bit of a rollercoaster with the two previous tenants not working out and I've been really impressed with how hard both Michelle and Danielle have worked, and how well they have kept me informed. It's really helped make the situation less stressful, especially as I've juggled trying to find my own place to rent in Reading, we've lost quite a few, so it's been a rollercoaster at that end too. I have to say the service you provided has been by far the best I have had. A few points I would like to highlight for Craig: This was the first time I have worked with Craig and I found him to be very genuine, which immediately brings one to trust him. Which is of course very important in your industry. He was honest so if there was a question raised that he was unable to answer he would say so then he would come back to me rather than come up with a response. Craig's negotiation and communication skills are impressive. The fact he was able to get the rent for the flat that he did speaks for itself. The service he provides to the client is clearly important to him. This was reflected by him following up with me after his days out of the office, and also trying to have all the facts before proposing the tenants. The fact that the first potential tenant was turned away could have been a tricky situation for him to explain to me, but he was very clear and concise in what characteristics he had seen in the couple that changed his view on their suitability. Martin, for you, I think we have a very good relationship now and I would not hesitate coming to you for advice with the flat or other projects we are thinking about.
