Our first meeting with Krystle from the Harborne branch was very impressive; she had certainly done her homework and presented us with a large list of properties in the area with the sale prices. She was professional but friendly and put me at ease straight away. Kirsty has a real talent with her photography skills which really showed in the adverts. I was kept fully informed by Michael and Ben and was always met with a professional and warm greeting. It was a pleasure dealing with haart and I will always recommend them to all.

The team at haart Harborne worked tirelessly in selling my house. They were honest in their appraisals and gave really helpful information on how to prep the house for sale. Their feedback was consistent and detailed after every viewing and they were excellent at obtaining valuable comments from those who looked around. Their marketing and approach is most professional and respectful. I transferred my house sale to haart after an extremely disappointing experience with another local agent and I really cannot recommend haart highly enough. They far outshone the service received from the previous agent who prided themselves on being local. I would not hesitate to recommend haart to anyone and their national status is to their credit.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My main aim was for a quick sale after my previous one had fallen through. You marketed it as this and, achieved the quick sale. Once the offer was accepted, although it proved to be a difficult sale, you were open and always available throughout. This included getting the buyer to change solicitor when nothing was moving, to move things forward to completion. There was lots of intervention between yourself and the buyer to push his solicitor and also keeping the estate agents of my purchaser happy, to ensure it didn't fall through; they were very impressed with your efforts. Finally, I was also aware that you helped the buyer when he needed to get insurance last minute. Thanks again to you and David. I'm very pleased that I swapped to haart.

I approached two agents for valuations when we were considering selling our house. We chose haart because we hadn't quite decided at the time, whether to sell or rent and, haart had a lettings arm. Our house was a bit unusual and might have appealed to the London market, and haart are a familiar name to that market. I was also confident in David's valuation, discussion of comparables and marketing tactics. David and Catherine took on board our request that marketing be low-key. We did not want any boards or advertisements. Preferably we wanted to sell our house off market. haart maintained a list of potential buyers. The first viewing resulted in the sale of our house. The sale of our house was quick, easy and stress-free. The location of the office meant it was easy for me to pop whenever anything needed signing. Whenever I went into the office, the team were all welcoming and helpful. I had confidence in Catherine as negotiator throughout the whole process. I felt that everything worked to our timescales. I was very pleased with the initial presentation of the house as it was a clear, business like presentation showing the benefits of using haart. Also having agents to show prospective viewers around the property worked well, with feedback from every contact shortly after they had seen the property. A buyer was soon found who offered a price close to my expectations. However, the real value of using haart came when having to deal with the buyer's solicitor, who proved to be slow, obstructive & hard to contact. Throughout this difficult time David handled the situation very well, & was calm, patient & persistent in getting a resolution and finally succeeding in getting to the point of exchange of contract. He always promptly responded to all queries and was well beyond my expectations.

I first made contact with Catherine in February 2014. I had a house to sell in France and although I started by approaching Catherine at haart, thinking my house in Provence would fly off the table. Catherine was always positive even when house after house sold to someone else, whilst I was waiting for my house in France to sell. Perhaps it is the killer smile she has, always there for your needs and always full of ideas. I received an offer on my house in October and rushed to Catherine to put an offer on a property, only to find it had been just been let for a year.
