haart, Streatham

My husband and I would like to pass on a sincere thanks to haart Dulwich and Streatham branches for providing what can only be called an exemplary service. We had two properties to sell and an on-going purchase. Although initially we didn't choose haart; having had 3 very disappointing estate agents we turned to haart to sell our Property. We encountered Sandy our sales progressor; who was extraordinary. She ensured that we were kept informed on our sale, every step of the way; even when she went on holiday she told us. Upon her return she was immediately back on the case. She even kept our solicitors on their toes. So, when our sale, fell through for the 2nd time, and we were left feeling very short changed by the previous agent. Paul who came to do the valuation was brilliant and calmly reassured us. He clearly had considerable expertise; which was great to hear particularly after our awful previous experience. Paul also agreed with the Dulwich branch for Sandy to again be our sales progressor; this have us continuity and someone who knew us; and she did not disappoint, her calm and professional approach successfully guided us to our exchange and completion. Best of all even haart competitors who were handling our on-going purchase said the Sandy was the best sales progressor in the business and we totally agree. We truly believe that without the haart team in Dulwich and Streatham we would not have completed our sales so swiftly. So a gigantum thank you to Tim, Sandy (Dulwich) Paul and Peter (Streatham) for being absolute stars. All the stress, and worry about losing out on the home we wanted to buy; manic phone calls and anxiety were understood and dealt with wonderfully. Wayne and I are settling into our new home and have haart to thank for making this possible.
