haart, covering Hockley

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from haart on the sale of my property. The sale has not been easy, with the chain collapsing on three separate occasions, which has been stressful to say the least. The process could have been a lot more stressful were it not for the service received from haart, who have been in constant contact with us, keeping us informed of developments and doing a lot of chasing of the chain on our behalf. We originally placed the sale of our property with a competitor to haart, and whilst we didn't receive a negative service from them, when our house sale fell through, we decided to place the property with haart's in Hockley, the company we were using for our purchase. I have to say that the service and attention given by the staff has been second to none, especially you Rory. If it had not been for his hard work and dedication I really do believe we would not be moving in the next few days. The team did all the chasing up & down the chain, staying in contact with all the agents and solicitors and keeping us advised of the situation at all times.Whilst haart's fees are higher than the previous agent we used, we both feel that the level of service received by far outweighs the higher fee.
