We recently moved into a property that was marketed by haart estate agents based in Monmouth. We would like to bring to your attention the exemplary service we received and outstanding professionalism and customer care shown by your staff and in particular Gemma, who worked tirelessly to assist our purchase by providing and indeed chasing our own agents for information on a weekly basis. Gemma was in constant contact to ensure things were progressing and when they were faltering she pursued our agents in support of the purchase. If it were not for Gemma's drive and personal endeavour we may have lost the home of our dreams, this was a very real possibility due to incompetence on the part of our own agent and conveyancing solicitors but Gemma supported us with the seller to achieve the outcome we all desired. The branch had been recommended to me as being proactive and helpful without being pushy and I would say that that is a fair assessment.
