Nicola Lodge, who has worked at Aquarius Homes on both the lettings and sales side for almost 5 years has now taken co-ownership of the business along with her eldest son Adam, who is a qualified Building Surveyor. Younger son Mark has also joined the business as a negotiator.

Nicky, Adam and Mark are a 9th generation Combe Down family living within the village and playing an active role in the local charity, youth and sporting scenes. This connection to the village, in which the office of Aquarius Homes is based, has facilitated the ability to give a unique insight into living in the local and surrounding areas for perspective buyers. This local knowledge and honest evaluation of living in the area has been stated on many occasions as the "deal clincher" for people looking to move into the area.
