An opportunity arose when he was able to purchase a three-acre building plot on which he built their current home. Using equity from the family home, Glyn was able to put deposits down for 25 properties in the Sunderland area.The building company has continued to grow which employs a team who refurbish and maintain properties and an administrative team who oversee and manage the day-to-day administration of the properties.The property management side of the business started with Glyn's son's teacher needing someone to look after their asset. It came at a good time, and it was seen as a perfect opportunity to expand.It wasn't long before we expanded further. It was instigated with a couple living in London who wanted to invest in rental properties in the North East. We sourced several properties for them, refurbished and found tenants for them.
