Hair & Son's Commercial Department is headed up by Diane Tait, Associate Partner in her 32nd year within the firm's Commercial Department. As a department, they have been serving commercial landlords and tenants in the borough for in excess of 40 years and boast a wealth of specialist knowledge in the Essex and East London market. The department provides agency support to Hair & Son's numerous management clients together with many other local and provincial landlords and tenants. The department originally specialised in South East Essex but it has grown over recent years and our geographical footprint covers the whole of the county and East London.
