When we thought of a name to call our new estate agency in 1987 we looked at combining the partners' names and frankly it just didn't sound good! We wanted a simple name that had a nice ring to it and was easy to remember and that's how henshaws was born!

Directors Andrew Halliwell and Tim Peace have between them over 40 years of property agency experience in Great Bookham and East Horsley. Established in 1992, Patrick Gardner are an independent estate agency with four branches located across the Mole Valley. As a company we have exceptional knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential property.
