    Bookham still retains a village atmosphere with an excellent range of shops in the High Street and Church Road whilst sporting pastimes are well catered for locally including a number of golf clubs and the Leatherhead Leisure Centre.  

    Local schools are much in demand particularly the Howard of Effingham secondary school as well as the Eastwick and Dawnay infant and junior schools.

    Bookham's charm is enhanced by the glorious countryside which surrounds the village (much of which is owned by The National Trust) while commuters are well served by the A3, the M25, mainline stations at Bookham and Effingham Junction and good access to both Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.

    All this combines to make Bookham a thoroughly pleasant and attractive part of the south east in which to live.

    * Do we have to pay extra for accompanied viewings?

    No. Our fee is inclusive and all our services that are included will be set out in our terms of contract letter sent to you prior to marketing so you can be clear of your costs.     Chris has been in the business for over 40 years working in Leatherhead, Fetcham and Bookham and consequently has an in-depth knowledge of the area and has gained a reputation for giving sound and sensible advice on all matters relating to the sale and purchase of residential property.

    Born in Dorking where he was educated and has lived all his life he is married to Fiona and they have a son and daughter. Active in the local Church and other organisations the family are very well known.

    SarahJane joined Patrick Gardner Residential Lettings in 2005 and moved across to the Bookham office to join the sales team in 2013. In 2015 she attained her agency qualifications along with a promotion to Sales Manager in 2018.  Having lived in Bookham and Leatherhead for around 25 years she has an excellent knowledge of the local area and numerous contacts.  SarahJane lives with her partner Steve and their cocker spaniel and has two grown children.

    Caroline joined Patrick Gardner seven years ago as a part-time Negotiator in our Leatherhead Office and has recently joined the successful team at Bookham as a full time Negotiator. She has lived in Surrey most of her life and combines her experience as a negotiator with her excellent local knowledge of the area and her interest for property. She has three children who have been educated locally and lives with husband and children near Box Hill.

    Fiona has lived in Bookham for the past 22 years and her two children went to local schools and joined just about every club and activity available! She joined Patrick Gardner 3 years ago and has never looked back. Especially motivated to match buyers to houses they may not have considered viewing, she considers it a privilege to be entrusted with our vendors homes to help them move onto the next chapter. When not working at Patrick Gardner, Fiona can be found walking or running in the local countryside with her dog Ayla, at a yoga class, spinning class or in a swimming pool.

    Charlotte has worked with Patrick Gardner since 2007 and was previously the Sales Manager of the Bookham Office. After an extended maternity leave Charlotte re-joined the Bookham team in 2018 as Office Coordinator allowing her to spend more time with her young family while still being involved in the property industry, which she loves.  Charlotte lives locally in Dorking with her husband Steve and two children. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

    Ian Baillie has retired from full time duties with the partnership but continues to have an active role as a consultant to the Company and has already helped with a number of valuations since his retirement.
