We offer Fully Managed or Hybrid Bookkeeping services supported by Resident Block Management software with Director and Leaseholder portals to access service charge accounts, financial reporting, maintenance ticketing and messaging. You will have a designated property manager and out of hours emergency assistance (if fully managed) and the support of a bookkeeper.
