Here she learnt all the skills necessary to make property sales and lettings run as smoothly as possible. focusing on the needs of her customers, this led her to start her own independent lettings company, which she later sold to The Winkworth Group. For many years since Beverley has run a highly successful Estate Agency which matches buyers and sellers and those who are renting. Blane, Rosen & Co was founded in 1971 by Steven Blane. Originally located in New Bond Street we specialised in the letting of commercial property in and around the West End of London. By 1979, we moved our offices to Swiss Cottage in North-West London where we remain today and are known locally for our sales and lettings of modern town houses on The Chalcots Estate. In 2005, Steven's son Alex joined the company where both remain today.
