PMS Lettings & Sales understand that by not charging upfront fees we make a financial obligation to you with a commitment to show our confidence in selling your property.

We also understand that for reasons beyond our control some sellers may choose to take their property off the market.

If this is the case we offer a no sale no fee policy.
