SJM Properties is an independently run letting agent based in Taunton, Somerset. At SJM properties we use our wealth of local knowledge to let and manage properties within the Taunton, Wellington and surrounding areas.

We are committed to providing a straightforward service tailored to individual customer's needs. We have a variety of skills and technology to allow us to do this. We use digital communication and our customised online portal to complete and electronically store all paperwork (i.e. tenancy agreement, terms of business etc). The online portal for landlords ensures smooth communication between SJM properties, landlords and tenants. All repairs and essential maintenance can be reported online so we can arrange a local contractor to assess the issue as soon as possible.

We understand that the online approach isn't best suited for everyone and we don't want to compromise our customer service in any way. There is always the option to discuss any enquiries over the phone or in person at our office.
