We do all the obvious things putting your property on websites like this (as well as our own), in our window displays, and in all the best magazines and popular papers. But we go the extra mile, and we're well connected, so we'll hit the phones and email hard on your behalf to create a buzz around your property.
We earn our fee
There's no substitute for hard work. We start early and stay open late to do viewings at times that suits potential buyers and tenants, and to make sure we never miss a call. (If we do need to call you back, we'll do so double-quick.) We don't hire part timers, and we work as a team, so that anyone conducting a viewing on your home knows all about it. (You'd be shocked to know how many agencies don't do this!) Our back office systems make sure everyone has up to date information at their fingertips, we'll give you timely viewer feedback, and we make sure to keep you informed with weekly calls.
