Holroyds Property 1897 based in Dewsbury and Simon Miller Property located in Wakefield launched their new enterprise named Holroyd - Miller on April 1st 2010

Commenting on the decision to bring the two parent companies together, Simon Miller explained, "Holroyds have rightly been viewed as the premier organisation in the region in respect of commercial property, valuations, surveys and property rentals. Our company has correspondingly achieved an enviable reputation for residential property sales so it made perfect sense to combine the talents, proficiencies and experience in both organisations and create a new entity capable of covering the entire spectrum of issues associated with the world of property."

Expressing his delight at the formation of the new company, Jonathan Kidd of Holroyds added, "There were obvious synergies between the original organisations which we determined could be best utilised by forging the two together. Holroyd - Miller will operate from offices at Daisy Hill, Dewsbury and from 70 Northgate, WF1 3AP in Wakefield offering clients from a wide geographical area access to their full range of services.
