To their shock they had two offers accepted and decided to follow through on the purchases. From there they became "accidental" portfolio landlords....With no experience in managing rental properties they entrusted an agency to manage their properties, after several months the service wasn't at all what was expected for them nor their tenants. Melissa decided to retrain and self-manage the properties.
