Our rental department offers both managed and tenant find services for our landlords.

Our fully comprehensive management service covers all aspects of the tenancy, from finding the tenant, collecting the rent monthly, all repairs and inspections, right up to the point the tenant leaves and getting the property ready to re-rent. Our tenant find service is a popular service whereby we advertise and find a tenant, carry out an inventory, register the tenants deposit on ‘move in’ and hand over the tenants once they have signed their lease for the property. This service can be refined to advertisement only, contact our office to discuss.
