Established in 1992

Acres was founded by three highly experienced partners; Nigel Deekes FNAEA, Michael Weaver and Richard Bakewell FRICS.

Each partner had been within the property sector for many years and offered a wealth of knowledge and experience having been both regional, and area managers for a large national agency following the sale of a previously successful multi branch network of offices in Sutton Coldfield.

In recent years Acres has become a true family owned business with the partners Nigel & Jayne Deekes now owning, and running the company, joined by both Chris and Katie their children. Acres now offer a truly bespoke, personal service as a family owner practice where service, care and success means everything to us.

Offering four sales offices in Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks, Walmley, Wydle Green and Great Barr we have grown steadily and established ourselves as the sales team within the area. Acres bringing together forty property experts and can offer every property need under one roof, from property sales, mortgage advice, auctions, lettings, surveys and land sales.
