Bovingdons is a a family run Estate Agent based in Soham, although we cover a large area that includes the surrounding Villages as well as the remainder of Cambridgeshire, and into Huntingdonshire and West Suffolk, with our Land & New homes operation operating further afield.

Newly opened in 2021, The Directors, Ian and Emma Bovingdon, have a wealth of knowledge & experience in all aspects of Residential Estate Agency, New Homes, Land and Planning, totalling in excess of 50 years.

We met whilst working for large corporate Estate Agents on the south coast back in the early 1990's and lived and worked there until moving to Cambridgeshire in 2000 to take up new positions and be closer to family.

Our joint mission has always been to provide the very best service to all of our clients and customers, offering a personal and dedicated touch with constant & honest communication at all times when buying or selling property. We will always have your best interests at heart.

We have invested in the very latest software in order to promote all property sales to the highest level and to support us in the day-to-day administration and activity of the business. However, we believe that face-to-face and telephone communication is key to building relationships with all clients seeking our help and advice and to understand and match a service to individual needs is paramount to the future success of our business.
