I found the Brickworks team to be very personable; they have excellent knowledge of the local area, marketed our house at the right level and ultimately, helped us to achieve a great deal. Would highly recommend Brickworks on every level!

Brickworks have taken the stress out of house buying. They were there to advise me every step of the way and they went far beyond my expectations. Having encountered a lot of fellow estate agencies in my house search, BW stood out as being far FAR superior to the competition. In this sellers market there is a general tendency towards complacency from most agents, but this was absolutely not the case with BW. They have been engaged and attentive throughout the process, keeping me informed and reassured. I highly, highly recommend them and would use them again if I were to move house.

Working with Brickworks was a dream. Their photography made our flat look so amazing we kind of wanted to stay! They got a lot of quality viewings and gave us detailed feedback on each. When we had an offer Rex negotiated hard on our behalf and got us a final sale price way above what the other agents had estimated. On top of this they were lovely to work with make our side of the process, dare we say it, actually enjoyable!

This has to be the smoothest and most painless sale and purchase we have had or have ever heard of anyone having. It is all the more remarkable that our first buyer pulled out the day before exchange and yet Brickworks were able to keep the whole thing on track with absolutely no fuss. We can't imagine what hard work was going on behind the scenes but every interaction from valuation to completion was pleasant and professional. Brickworks is the antithesis of the high street estate agent smarm. It was a big move for our young family and we were able to trust the team every step of the way from the valuation, to beautiful marketing material to clinching a better-than-expected price. We were part of a long chain and BW were totally on it, protecting us from much of the panic and frustrations en route to completion. We'd recommend Brickworks to anyone.

From our initial valuation meeting (over an hour on a bank holiday weekend) until we completed our sale we have been incredibly impress with the dedication and professionalism of the brickworks team. You were the only agency to completely understand the potentially tricky issue of the payment for the works being done (so we think we got the highest offer by using Brickworks). In addition it was a pleasure to deal with you all throughout the process. The marketing / photos were excellent which led to the number of viewings (always considerately and conveniently arranged) and subsequent offers being so many more and higher than we anticipated. The guidance, reassurance and at times a person to vent to (Andy!) from acceptance of offer to completion was excellent. This is usually the stage in the process when you don't hear from your estate agent! Having people who clearly understand the conveyancing process was also invaluable. Sadly we probably won't be able to instruct you again but we will certainly recommend you highly to all our friends who are looking to sell in London!
