To The Harris and Lee Team, Both Claire and I really wanted to take the time to say a HUGE thank you, for all the support you have given us and write a testimonial for you to use if you wish to use. I first contacted Lee over 12 months ago with very exact requirements in terms of house and location that me and family wished for, I carried out this process with all the other estate agents locally. I cannot speak how impressed I was, over the last 12 months I had regular contact from the Harris and Lee team with out fail and only relevant properties e-mailed across to me, unlike others that sent everything but what I wanted to purchase. Throughout this time I built a good rapport with the Harris and Lee team and they knew exactly what we were looking for, then just as we were about to give up hope out of the blue I got a call from Lee, advising that our dream property is potentially coming to the market and Lee managed to secure an immediate appointment before it came to Market. We had some reservations at the start regarding the property but Lee really helped us with our decision process by being direct and questioning our thoughts in a positive way. Lee then placed our current house on the market and the quality of service continued, I cannot speak highly enough down to the quality of the details and pictures that were used. Kia showed the majority of potential customers around and always provided outstanding feedback. They sold our house within 3 days as like with me on my house search they really got to know what potential buyers are/were looking for so matched house to buyers perfectly. Kia was a absolute star in negotiating our sale price and purchase price and worked hard to ensure a successful negotiation, very knowledgeable and approachable thank you. Once we sold the excellent service continued, Jamie met with my solicitor weekly to seek an update on the position of the chain and always kept me informed weekly of the progress and was absolutely key in achieving our quick exchange date thank you very much. I cannot praise and recommend the team highly enough at Harris and Lee and it was a complete breath of fresh air to deal with such a fantastic pro active local company without the need of chasing progress. You see so many online estate agents but you cannot beat good old fashioned personalised customer service which achieves these results. We hope you guys are still going strong for when we sell in 20 Years, as if so we will be knocking on your door but in the meantime will have no hesitation in recommending you to our family and friends.
