We are one of the few and truly owner-run, independent estate agents, priding ourselves on our personal service and working professionally and enthusiastically on your behalf.

We have two prominently situated town centre offices in Darwen and Blackburn. Indeed our office in Darwen has been successfully selling property since the 1960s. Our Blackburn office was opened in 1988.

Our proprietor, Craig Pickles, has been valuing and selling houses in the area since 1979. He has built up a vast experience of the local property market and is ably supported by his team of sales assistants, who also have many years of experience.

We have the technology of tomorrow in operation today. Digital photography means internal and external photographs can be included in each brochure, as well as eye-catching displays in our two offices.

We use a computer to match buyers and sellers. Our mailing list keeps all prospective purchasers in touch with all new instructions.

Although specialising in the residential property market, we also offer other associated services.

We offer an independent computerised mortgage service to assist both prospective purchasers and vendors obtain the right deal for them. We are appointed introducers to the Zurich Financial Management Group.

We also offer a residential lettings service handling all types of property.
