Hi Simon, Wanted to thank you and the Quirk's team for the successful sale of my mother's property. Of course the key criteria of success is a fast, efficient sale at the right price and I believe you succeeded in that respect. Moreover I would like to give some feedback; - At the outset when me, my wife and brother met with you at the property we were comfortable with your knowledge ,personal approach and integrity ( and personal car number plate!). You did not oversell Quirks. This was in contrast to our meeting the same morning with Purple Bricks. - Your track record and footprint on RightMove showed that Quirks have a leading market position - You quickly let us know you were prepared to work with a fixed fee which stopped us from shopping around - I found it really easy to deal with all your staff - to a person they were proactive, professional and cheerful. - We received good advice on doing the deal at the point when we received offers for the Property - When there appeared to be difficulties in the Buyer's getting confirmation of their Mortgage, Jemma stayed in close contact with the Buyer's Mortgage Adviser and myself, and helped us to 'keep the faith' in the Buyers, which paid off. So many thanks to you, Chris, Sally, Sean, Jemma, Cara - apologies if I've forgotten any members of the team because everyone was great. Best Regards, David
