ROFFEYS Residential Lettings is a well-established and reputable firm of letting and property management specialists with branches covering West Essex and East Hertfordshire. The business was founded in 1988 by directors Peter and Katina Roffey who between them have well over fifty years' successful, local residential lettings experience.

We are fully-licensed members of both the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). Our team of experienced residential letting consultants, property managers and administrators provides a professional, pro-active and diligent approach, widely acknowledged as being the hallmark of the company. They pride themselves on acquiring a good knowledge of each property, enabling them to match properties to the best and most suitable tenants, thus ensuring landlord clients receive a better return on their investment.
