You find out just how good an estate agent is in how they manage the entire process rather than just the sale. Christina managed the whole process dealing with solicitors, other agents and every buyer and seller in the chain. She dealt with us as individuals rather than just customers, guiding us through the whole process to successful completion. Moving house will never be stress free so make sure you have a good team on your side.

Finding a property in Essex whilst living aboard was never going to be an easy task. However, Roffeys ensured that a flat was found with relative ease. I can't recommend Roffeys enough. From the personal service and advice from Peter Roffey, to Christina, who took charge of the whole chain of six, including speaking to all estate agents/solictors/mortgage advisers in what was a very difficult deal to complete.
