Dear Dan Just to thank you for the great efforts and massive contribution that you have made in achieving the successful sale of Pond House. Although not directly involved myself, Jon has kept me fully informed, so that I am pretty much aware of all the many complexities and complications with which you have had to deal and which at times must have seemed never ending. From the first meeting with Dan Barclay the marketing of our property was carried out in a very efficient, professional and courteous manner not only by Dan himself, but also by Lisa and Sue. We achieved a sale figure with which we were more than happy despite this being slightly below the original asking price. This proved that the marketed offer price was correct. The actual exchange of contracts became a protracted affair. Not only was this frustrating for ourselves, but also for our purchasers who were keen to proceed as quickly as possible. This resulted in much chasing of solicitors and agents at the bottom and middle of the relatively small chain which caused Sue and Lisa to be involved in many 'phone calls and emails. In the end the perseverance of them, together with our solicitor, succeeded albeit at the 11th hour. We are thankful that we employed a very good firm of estate agents who were efficient and professional throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
