Tempertons is an independent Estate Agency committed to providing an exceptional level of service. We offer a wealth of local knowledge and experience provided by three Chartered Surveyors, all of whom have lived in the local area for many years.

Established in 1966, Tempertons continued to grow and opened a second branch in Newport in 1978, moving to Telford Town Centre soon afterwards. Our Partners, Nicholas Hughes MRICS, and Andrew Temperton MRICS, together with Andrew's uncle, Ron Temperton MRICS have between them almost 100 years of experience within the property industry.

In 2020 all operations were centralized into one office based in Newport as the increased use of technology and the ability of employees to work from home has made the need for multiple offices unnecessary.

We are a family firm, exceptionally enthusiastic and passionate, with a highly motivated team having a personal interest in achieving the best results for our clients whilst remaining focused on ensuring the highest service standards and maintaining regular contact at all times. We provide quality brochures, with floor plans and stylish photographs which can include drone shots, to suit your requirements. We also have a large front window on Newport High Street in which we can display your property.
