If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!!I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma!Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages!She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions!Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer!I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!!If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!

We chose to sell through Westcoast based on our experience of originally buying our house through them. This turned out to be an excellent decision as the Patchway team went above and beyond in many ways to get us completed in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Particularly Ian and Louis who put a lot of late hours in dealing with difficult conveyancers and vendors elsewhere in the chain. We will definitely be using Westcoast again when the time comes around.

Louis and the team at Patchway have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to 'get over the line' with a Flat Sale which was made very difficult by the buyer's incompetent Solicitor at every stage. Would definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone thinking of selling in this area - they are very approachable and respond positively in a timely manner.

He was able to find us a home which hadn't yet been put on the market and it was everything we wanted. A description of what was required for my son was given to Westcoast and Clare managed to secure the perfect property. She is a good agent and ensures that she communicates with everything she says she'll do. She is friendly and overall extremely knowledgeable.
