I would like to thank the Slough haart branch for all the work they did on the sale of my house. Everybody was really helpful and efficient. Matt did a really good job with the initial sale, he found the right person to buy. But I especially want to thank Marita, who went above and beyond. This was not an easy sale we had an extremely slow council to deal with and several problems to resolve but she helped me all the way and kept me fully informed of the situation - I can`t thank her enough. Both Keith and I are also very impressed with Vikki and the way she immediately took an interest in us and our property, she sold the property with ease on the first viewing, again she was wonderful she made it her business to know everything there was about the house and infrastructure which is vital information to any potential buyer, again, Vikki was able to answer any question that was thrown at her without having to ask Keith and I, this she achieved in an amazingly short time. She is such a rare diamond to work with, she treated us as people not just an address which is a unique skill, something you will very rarely find today. I have bought and sold many houses in the past but the level of service haart provided was exceptional. The photographs and professional sales leaflet that made my partner comment that even she wanted to buy the house. The volume of people outside the house on the open day showed the hard work by the staff at the Slough branch and it was all strass free. I used solicitors haart recommended and have to say that they were particularly prompt and helpful. Any calls to the Slough branch where dealt with quickly as all the staff seemed to be aware of the up to date status of the sale. I also want to say a very big thanks to Vicky. I was extremely impressed by the haart sales team. Vicky in Slough was absolutely superb. She was always a pleasure to talk to, helpful, co-operative and quick to grasp my questions and concerns. Her work in liaising between the vendor and I was crucial in moving the sale forward. Significantly, she was both straight talking and clear, but also understanding and responsive - her efficiency in responding to queries and evident hard work to resolve issues was key during our negotiations. We got honest responses from her. At times this meant delivering disappointing news, but we always appreciated and valued this frankness. More broadly, I found it was very easy to contact the relevant staff (whether it be Vicky or Harj on the letting side) and they always promptly returned my messages and calls. This was important when we were letting the property we purchased; Harj was very efficient, understood our urgency against a tight timescale and was very clear in his advice.
